Ramzi I. Khoury
Ramzi I. Khoury, Founder of RK Commercial Consultants (RKCC), brings over 25 years of leadership experience in the Oil & Gas sector, with a particular focus on subsea and offshore construction and services. Ramzi’s career spans various senior roles in general management, as well as commercial and contracts management, where he has successfully negotiated high-value deals and contracts with a diverse range of stakeholders, including National Oil Companies (NOCs), major EPC contractors, international vendors, and shipbuilders.
Known for the passion for contractual and commercial problem-solving, Ramzi is dedicated to delivering actionable, results-driven strategies. He now works closely with clients to guide them toward sustainable growth while carefully managing risk to optimize profitability and long-term success.
Ramzi holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, equipping him with a strong technical foundation that complements his commercial acumen.
